No Time for a Regular WorkOut Routine?
In my case, I don’t have any time for this but maybe after giving birth I’ll devote a time for this because I know for sure that I’ll
be gaining more weight.
Well, to those of you who haven’t started yet, get a regular workout routine by just squeezing in at least a thirty-minute workout into your daily schedule. A regular cardio workout not only ups your endurance, but it also helps speed up your metabolism.
Now, if you don’t really have no time….better park your car few blocks away from your office and just walk, walk and walk. In doing so, you need not to know on what’s the new diet pill in the market. Right? So better start now!
Tips to Lose Weight
Sure, weight loss boils down to a matter of calories in and calories out. But a few subtle and surprising diet changes could greatly increase your pound-shedding potential.
I have heard from a friend who uses fat burners that really works. I asked her some of her techniques and she recommended these three unusual waist-slimming tactics: Tempt your taste buds with vegetable juice, have a vegetarian lunch once a week, and get a regular seafood fix. I hope this will work on me after giving birth.
Healthy Friends
To continue with my previous post…My friends are the very opposite of mine. Almost all of them are so “healthy” (I’m using that word to be safe) lolz. But anyhow, they know there figure standing of course that they sometimes asks for pieces of advice from me on how to maintain such figures of them. So, I introduce them to some new weight loss products if their diet and exercise won’t be that effective then they will try it! I hope to hear good results from them.

On Losing Weight
Oh my! I can’t imagine myself in the future to be twice or thrice as my body now. I’m starting to panic knowing that I am really gaining a lil bit this time. Hubby keep on reminding me not to fail my daily routine of walking and jogging for an hour every after office hours. He don’t want me to be that fat but instead to maintain my body with that 24″ waistline. lolz. Lucky enough I have a fast metabolism that I don’t need this time some weight loss products or else hubby would replace me..:)
Walking Works
So true, walking really works! My friends noticed my changes as I started to walk and jog at least twice or thrice a week. I feel so different every time I’ll be able to make it, I mean I am more twice as energetic and healthy as before. Guess what? Two of my friends wanted to join me in my walking and jogging routine after office hours since they wanted to loss weight so badly. They even think of trying herbal slimming pills since they don’t have enough time to do it this time. Hope they can take time!
