No Time for a Regular WorkOut Routine?
In my case, I don’t have any time for this but maybe after giving birth I’ll devote a time for this because I know for sure that I’ll
be gaining more weight.
Well, to those of you who haven’t started yet, get a regular workout routine by just squeezing in at least a thirty-minute workout into your daily schedule. A regular cardio workout not only ups your endurance, but it also helps speed up your metabolism.
Now, if you don’t really have no time….better park your car few blocks away from your office and just walk, walk and walk. In doing so, you need not to know on what’s the new diet pill in the market. Right? So better start now!
I Lose, I Win!
I guess this would be my motto after giving birth this coming June. I was really shocked when I gained 5 pounds in just a month. Whew! Can’t believe it since I still have 3 more months to go before nesting. You mean I still have 15 more pounds to gain? No way! I need to control my diet if possible or else I will be looking for the best diet pills that they could offer me. Discipline is what I will be needing in losing my weight, in return I’ll win!
6 is Better than 3
Six meals a day is better than three. Break up your daily food intake into six small meals.
By eating smaller amounts spaced two to three hours apart, you get to have better control of your appetite. If you prefer to stick to a particular diet, better see a nutritionist who can map out a diet plan that keeps your lifestyle and preferences in mind.
This is what I usually recommends to all my friends who tried to lose their weight through skipping their meals. Well, if they will just follow what I’ve said then there’s no need for the to look for diet pills that work on them.
More Water Pls…
“Drink lots of water”, this is the common line I always hear from my hubby and ObyGyne. Why? It’s because I’m fond of eating salty foods but I don’t drink much water after. Same as early morning, water therapy is not so effective with me. I seldom drink water in the morning. Grrrr…I really wanted to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Anyway, someone asked me: does nutrisystem work for me? I don’t think so because I haven’t tried it!
By the way, Nutrisystem is one of America’s newest diet plans advertised as one that will help you to learn how to eat filling foods and change your lifestyle once and for all. One of their tips is “drink lots of water!” Well, I’m hoping it will work for me the soonest!
Rain Go Away!
We have been experiencing rainfall since last Friday ’til now. I never gave any updates on my site since I always wanted to sleep and eat and eat and eat. Expected for days like these that your appetite will be so different, you always crave for something to eat. Oh my gosh! I forgot that I am on a diet. lolz…Hubby would always wanted me to go crunching for my abs but still so hard for me to attain my goal for this week. I guess I need to take some weight loss diet pill or else I might not be able to wear my gown at all this coming Sunday.
Just hope that this rain would stop the soonest!
