Need to…
I am, I really am gaining weight this time. gggrrrrr…Need to shed off some pounds so badly. I noticed that my office uniform are starting getting fit on my body, eww so bulgy my tummy. If this goal of mine will not be realized the soonest, I guess I need to take some fat burner or else I will feel so bad for myself of having no discipline at all. I just hope I will take it more seriously so that I will feel good and look good like before.
On Losing Weight
Oh my! I can’t imagine myself in the future to be twice or thrice as my body now. I’m starting to panic knowing that I am really gaining a lil bit this time. Hubby keep on reminding me not to fail my daily routine of walking and jogging for an hour every after office hours. He don’t want me to be that fat but instead to maintain my body with that 24″ waistline. lolz. Lucky enough I have a fast metabolism that I don’t need this time some weight loss products or else hubby would replace me..:)
Walking Works
So true, walking really works! My friends noticed my changes as I started to walk and jog at least twice or thrice a week. I feel so different every time I’ll be able to make it, I mean I am more twice as energetic and healthy as before. Guess what? Two of my friends wanted to join me in my walking and jogging routine after office hours since they wanted to loss weight so badly. They even think of trying herbal slimming pills since they don’t have enough time to do it this time. Hope they can take time!
Rice Eater
Every time a friend would ask me on how much cup of rice can I consumed in just one meal, then I confidently reply them with “two or three cups will do”. All of them won’t believe because I am not that fat, big nor huge (lolz), they would even asked men where did I put all those carbohydrates that I took in. Really I am a rice eater! Well, I’m just so blessed to have a fast metablosim that I don’t even need a nuphedragen just to fight those stress hormone that will drive someone of eating too much.
Actually, this stimulates your metabolism, reduces your appetite, and increases insulin delivery to the muscles to keep it from being stored as body fat.
Getting Fit
It’s been a month since I started to jog and walk after office hours. Instead of waiting for my hubby to fetch me up and be get idled, I devoted an hour to be healthy and fit at the same time. I usually takes me 10 rounds in 45 minutes, at least I burned some fats. I noticed that I’m gaining so much weight this time because I always love to eat and eat. lolz.
Now, I’m about worried because my tummy is bloating and I will be attending a wedding weeks from now. Of course I wanted to look great that is why I need to double time my exercise or else I will try this super effective 7 day fat burner extreme if that’s the case. I hope I’ll be able to reach my goal as soon as possible.
