Excited for her Bedroom

Now that my husband is on the process of accomplishing the requirement for our house renovation my daughter  can’t help herself but be excited. She keeps on telling me that she wanted her bedroom be painted with her favorite colors pink and purple, she even requested for a bath tub in her own room so on and so forth.

Muddy House Renovation

We always wanted to have a descent home to call our own. Since my in-laws wanted to have a spacious house, they renovated it a month ago. They extended their kitchen, had their ceilings, added one bedroom and even change their basement flooring options from vinyl to ceramic tiles.

Guess what? Their newly renovated house turned into a devastated home full of mud, the aftermath of the typhoon Sendong (Washi) we just experienced days ago. Appliances were all damaged, furniture’s and fixtures were all wet & muddy, plus the ceiling and door screen were all wrecked~ nothing escaped from the incident. I hope whatever material losses they have be replaced the soonest and that their house will now be cleaned as soon as the water is up.

New Room Set-Up

For fourteen years of sleeping together with their parents, finally my cousins already have their new room set-up. Actually, they had an extended family with them who stayed for couple of years and now they settled on their new home. Both of my cousins were so happy that finally they will have their own room. They arranged the room, repaint it and even change the flooring which will give their room a cool place to stay in. At first their dad wanted the flooring to be like of the quick step laminate flooring not only because it has a revolutionary locking system that helps prevent against water damage, scratch guard protection but because of its quality and durability. Unfortunately, they are running out of stocks and that they will wait for quite some time to order it.

Well, my cousins can’t wait to sleep on their new room that is why they just settled for the green vinyl tiles. They are now enjoying their new room set-up!

On Carpet Cleaning!

Wow! I can’t believe it that in two months time and a half would be the holiday seasons. Last night while on our way home, my daughter asked me on when will I put up the Christmas tree for her? I told her that I still need to have our carpet cleaned first so that it would be so nice to have a pleasant living room with a clean carpet while the lights of the Christmas tree are on. I am looking for a friendly, affordable carpet cleaning shop like the carpet cleaning raleigh nc, but I don’t have any idea on where to go here in our city. Anyone you can suggest who also offers home service for carpet cleaning?

What is Futon?

To be honest, I just learned that Futon is the expression Americans use to refer to the traditional Japanese bedding system. Japanese use the word shikibuton, meaning mattress.It serves as furniture during the day and can convert to a sleeping space at night. It also take the form of a bed, couch, or chair, which provides a comfortable and sturdy space for sitting or sleeping.

Thanks for the net for this info, now I know that this is what I needed for my daughter’s new bedroom. Good thing that I found a site wherein I can look for my daughter’s favorite futon cover. Hope they can ship it for free all the way here so that I can order  a two or three sets for this.
