Dangerous to Your Health

We can always see those warnings on billboards, tarpaulins, streamers and even in the cigarette case that cigarette smoking it dangerous to your health. I just remember an old woman whom I know that she has been a chain smoker since she was still single, and now that she’s already on her 85 she does still. She likes to puff any cigarettes like of the montecristo cigars and etc but what’s makes it so shocking was that, she died of having no lung cancer at all but she died out of her old age.

Well, so shocking indeed but anyway prevention is much better than cure. So better stop puffing, it will not bring a good result to your health.:)

Group Insurance

I think that was two Sundays ago that we have decided with my church mates that we will look for a cheaper health insurance. It would be an advantage on our part since we will get a group health insurance plans. I hope we can look for a great deal like the Blue Cross NC that a friend of me referred to. Good for them that they are living in NC but as for us here, we will still look for plans that offers good services and at the same time affordable one.

Is It Normal?

Wheee….What I’ll be talking here is somewhat like an issue in our office (a sensitive issue). I know for sure that our waste is normally has an unpleasant odor. right? But sometimes we make it an issue because, they sometimes disposed their waste in the office (CR) and it really sucks because it’s foul odor that spreads like a wildfire in the whole room. Hmmm I guess, that person has something to do with her colon and that she needs colon cleansing as soon as possible. Maybe she also has a problem in her waste disposal or whatever. Well, it’s not really normal!
